JUBA – The chief director of South Sudan’s ministry of water sources and irrigation, Gattiek Gatkuoth Wichar, has been named the spokesman of the primary armed opposition Sudan Individuals’s Liberation Motion in Opposition (SPLM-IO) Youth League.
Jackson Wani, head of the SPLM-IO youth physique, introduced the appointment of Gattiek, together with the designation of outgoing spokesman James Maykele Magueng as a member of the Nationwide Government Committee (NEC) in an order Wednesday.
